1936 Chevrolet C-10

$8225.00- Such a steal!!

Description from Seller
1936 Chevrolet C-10

This is a 19361/2 late year pickup. Chevy made a mid year change on the cab. Is same as 37 but front of 36. Was planning on late 235 with full oil pressure for good driver but I am just not going to get to it, too many projects.
I looked for the most original rust free candidate I could find. Purchased this from the son of a gentleman that restored several cars in the 1960's and 1970's. He purchased it in 1971, rebuilt engine and never finished it. Sat in garage until I purchased it a few years ago. It is an all original paint survivor. R.f.fender has a little old work on it but everything else's is original.
Engine is 207 cu.in. On a stand and runs great, good oil pressure, no smoke. No idea what was done to engine. Clean under valve cover but neither I or previous owners son know really any thing for sure. Will start for you and load into bed for transport. Transmission, front bumper, pedal assembly, etc in bed. Extra gauges with good water temp guage (still attached to sending unit) included.  I think everything is there to make it a driver.  6 factory wire wheels painted and ready to go. Wheels and tires on truck just good for rolling around.
Interior is all there but needs reconditioning. GM used a brown crinkle paint that sucks. Many restored trucks just use a gloss paint.  Glass good except windshield. Side windows go up and down with help. Windshield goes in and out o.k.
Serial number on title matches plate on firewall. Serial number of engine is K6072696 which is 1936 but I have no idea if original. Have tried to take pictures of casting numbers also.  Great candidate for patina rod, restore or fully rod. Everything seems to be there, might be a rod or bolt or something minor missing but I don't know what. Pls ask questions. Remember what you see is original paint, nothing hidden. Even the wood in bed is original, although rough. Bed sides and tailgate need very little work, best I have seen unrestored.  Pls feel free to call. Tom 303-243-018o

This is a no reserve auction. I know I paid too much but found the most original truck I could find and was going to keep it forever, but things change.
